Duration depends on your infrastructure complexity. Small setups (few VMs) can be migrated in 1-2 weeks. Complex environments with multiple databases and services need 4-8 weeks. We create an individual timeline after the initial analysis.
For every GCP managed service there are Hetzner equivalents: Cloud SQL becomes self-hosted PostgreSQL/MySQL on Proxmox, Cloud Functions become Docker containers, Cloud Storage becomes Hetzner Object Storage (S3-compatible API). We take over management of these services for you.
