Yes. Depending on the current state, we design AWS Organizations, organizational units, accounts, IAM Identity Center, logging, and controls. AWS Control Tower may be suitable, but it is not applied blindly to an existing organization.
We select services around the workload. Typical building blocks include EC2, EBS, load balancers, RDS or Aurora, S3, EFS, EKS or ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, and AWS Backup. Additional services are introduced only where technically or commercially justified.
Yes. Depending on the requirement, network connectivity may use Site-to-Site VPN, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, or another appropriate path. Identities can be integrated through IAM Identity Center and existing identity providers.
Yes. Accounts, contracts, resources, and AWS billing remain yours. WZ-IT works with documented roles and the permissions required for the project.
Yes. We assess AWS Application Migration Service, AWS Database Migration Service, and DataSync, plan the pilot, data synchronization, cutover, and rollback, and decide whether each component should be moved or rebuilt.
Architecture decisions are informed by the relevant Well-Architected principles. Whether a formal review with a documented assessment of every pillar is included is defined in the project scope.
Project work is priced according to the current state and target scope. Relevant factors include account structure, the number and type of workloads, data volume, networking, security requirements, automation, and migration windows. AWS usage charges are billed separately by AWS.
Yes. The project can end with documented handover to your team or transition into a separate Managed Operations agreement. Ongoing operations use their own scope, service level, and pricing model.
