Where is the application hosted?

Germany is the standard location. We assess further locations and existing infrastructure according to privacy, latency and operational requirements. The proposal records the agreed location.

What is included in monthly operations?

The standard scope includes one dedicated workload with one managed standard application, technical monitoring, regular maintenance, updates, daily backups, a ticket system and the selected service level. Variations and additional work are itemised in the proposal.

How are updates handled?

Operating-system and application updates are planned, checked for compatibility and deployed within the agreed maintenance window. Urgent security updates are prioritised according to risk and the selected service level.

Are software licences included?

Required vendor licences are not included by default. We assess whether a community, source-available or commercial edition suits the intended use and list any required licences separately.

Can WZ-IT take over an existing installation?

Yes. Before takeover, we review the version, extensions, data volume, integrations, backup status and upgrade path. Migration and production cutover are then planned as a separate scope.

Can the application run on our premises?

Yes. The WZ-IT App Node provides a managed on-premises platform for selected applications. For local AI workloads, we offer the AI Cube. Hardware, network integration and the operating model are specified for the intended use.

Business, Priority, Production and Critical include the first covered workload in a customer environment. Further covered workloads cost €29.90, €39.90, €49.90 and €59.90 per month respectively. For monitoring-only servers, we notify within the level's window for €14.90, €19.90, €24.90 and €29.90 per server and month respectively; without a service level, during service hours.

The flexible operations allowance applies to planned work during regular service hours and expires at month end. Operations, monitoring, backups, maintenance and updates within the agreed scope do not reduce it. Additional and incident work costs €120 net per hour during regular service hours and €240 net per hour outside them. All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT.
