How do cloud migration and PaaS migration differ?

Cloud migration moves servers, databases and storage from an infrastructure platform. PaaS migration maps build, runtime, add-ons and deployment onto a target platform such as Coolify. Where the target is open, PaaS migration starts with the PaaS Exit Review.
