What does IT consulting from WZ-IT cost?

The intro call is free and takes 30 minutes. The consulting hour costs €150 excl. VAT / hour, the orientation workshop from €1,490 excl. VAT and each selection package (wiki, Microsoft 365 alternative, Jira alternative and ticket system, document management and e-signing) from €3,900 excl. VAT. Checks start at from €290 excl. VAT. Scope and price of every stage are agreed before you order; you receive the proposal for a rollout together with the decision paper.

How is the consulting different from the free intro call?

The intro call clarifies in 30 minutes whether and how we can help, and which starting point fits. Paid consulting goes deeper: it examines your systems, options and priorities and ends with a written outcome such as a topic list, a decision paper or an assessment report.

What happens after the consulting?

Every stage ends with a recommendation for the next step and, where useful, a fixed-price proposal for it. You can implement the outcome yourself, with another provider or with WZ-IT. If you wish, we implement the recommendation and operate the system in Germany.

Are consulting costs credited?

A selection or a check is credited against the rollout if you order it within 6 months on the same topic. The orientation workshop and the consulting hour are not credited.

Is the consulting vendor-neutral?

Vendor-neutral among self-hostable software: we compare open-source and commercial options that you can run yourself or have operated, and you buy licenses directly from the vendor. If a SaaS product clearly fits better, the recommendation says so. That WZ-IT offers implementation and operations is stated openly.

Is the consulting on site or remote?

Remote is the default: the consulting hour runs online, the workshop and selection via video conference. On-site sessions are possible plus travel costs.

Can you assess our existing IT infrastructure?

Yes, with checks that have a fixed scope: the Linux server audit for individual servers, the virtualization exit check before leaving VMware or Hyper-V, the Production Readiness Audit for software, the cloud exit assessment for AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, the PaaS exit review for cloud platforms and the secure access assessment for VPN and remote access. If it is unclear which check fits, the orientation workshop is the right start.
