Assessing the points where IoT projects stall in operation
The scope of the check is set before it is commissioned. The inventory is carried out remotely on the basis of documents, access and interviews.
Devices, radio and protocols
Sensors, gateways and connectivity via LoRaWAN, MQTT, OPC UA or Modbus are recorded and assessed.
Data path from device to dashboard
Acquisition, forwarding, processing, storage and presentation are reviewed as one continuous path.
Platform selection
ChirpStack, ThingsBoard, Grafana, InfluxDB and comparable open source components are assessed against your requirements.
Network separation and remote access
Separation of OT and IT, segmentation and secured remote access to gateways and plants are assessed.
Operating model
It is defined who is responsible for the platform, the devices, updates and incident handling.
Documentation and recommendation
Target architecture, findings and recommended implementation steps are handed over in writing and discussed.

The work is carried out remotely on the basis of documents, access and interviews with your specialists. An on-site appointment is arranged separately.
Open source components such as ChirpStack, ThingsBoard, Grafana and InfluxDB, as well as vendor and cloud platforms already in use. The assessment is made against your requirements for data path, operations and extensibility.
