Do you come on site for this?

The work is carried out remotely on the basis of documents, access and interviews with your specialists. An on-site appointment is arranged separately.

Which platforms do you assess?

Open source components such as ChirpStack, ThingsBoard, Grafana and InfluxDB, as well as vendor and cloud platforms already in use. The assessment is made against your requirements for data path, operations and extensibility.

What happens with the result?

The documentation belongs to you and can be used independently, including with another provider. Platform development and managed operations are offered separately on that basis.

When is managed monitoring the right entry point instead?

When platform and data path are already in place and the main need is to notice outages and faults earlier. In that case the work starts with monitoring rather than an architecture assessment.
