An AI opportunity assessment determines whether a concrete process is best supported by AI, fixed rules or conventional automation. It considers the workflow, data, systems, error impact and necessary human controls together.
A clear boundary allows a reliable technical and commercial assessment. If several workflows are involved, we first prioritise the strongest candidate or agree an expanded scope.
No. The assessment provides the decision and planning basis. Any subsequent implementation is quoted separately based on the confirmed pilot scope.
No. Missing structure or interfaces can, however, affect the achievable level of automation and the effort required. The assessment makes these prerequisites visible.
Yes. If fixed rules, a form or a conventional workflow solve the task more reliably, that is documented. The objective is the right implementation path, not the use of a particular model.
