Operating a Proxmox node starts at €179.90 per month - including monitoring via our highly available Zabbix cluster, updates in maintenance windows and backup monitoring. Clusters and extended service levels are calculated transparently by node count and requirements - you get a traceable offer, not a black box.
No. Proxmox VE is open source and runs fully without an enterprise subscription - we operate environments with and without one. If you want the enterprise repository or vendor support, you can purchase the subscription directly from Proxmox; it is not a prerequisite for our operations. We are an independent service provider, not a Proxmox reseller.
The maintenance contract covers updates, maintenance windows and support - you operate, we maintain. With Managed Proxmox we take over operational responsibility: 24/7 monitoring, incident response, capacity planning and documentation. In short: maintenance is planned and reactive, managed is full operations.
Via our own highly available Zabbix cluster: CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network, ZFS/Ceph health, RAID and SMART status, VM status, cluster quorum and PBS backup runs. We act on anomalies before you notice anything - and you get access to your own dashboard.
