All drives run in a ZFS mirror, so half of the raw capacity is usable. Connected at 1 Gbit/s; 10 Gbit/s on request.

99.9 % monthly standard availability applies to workloads hosted by WZ-IT. High availability, redundancy and RTO/RPO depend on the architecture and are agreed separately.
Essential, Business and Priority apply during defined service windows. Production and Critical add round-the-clock response to P1 incidents. Business and higher levels include a monthly operations allowance for planned technical work.

Business, Priority, Production and Critical include the first covered workload in a customer environment. Further covered workloads cost €29.90, €49.90, €69.90 and €99.90 per month respectively.
The flexible operations allowance applies to planned work during regular service hours and expires at month end. Operations, monitoring, backups, maintenance and updates within the agreed scope do not reduce it. Additional and incident work costs €120 net per hour in 6-minute increments during regular service hours and €240 net per started hour outside them.
The environment is designed for conventional business workloads. You provide the licenses for operating systems and applications.

The dedicated server is located in a data center in Germany. The hardware is not shared with other customers. A booked off-site PBS is located at a second location.
The data in your VMs and containers belongs to you. Backups in the off-site PBS are encrypted. How the backup key is deposited with you is defined during setup and documented in the handover runbook.
The data center operator replaces defective components, and WZ-IT coordinates the replacement. The ZFS mirror bridges the failure of a single drive. If the server fails, the environment is restored from the off-site PBS, provided it has been booked. Local snapshots reside on the same server and do not replace a backup. A cluster with multiple nodes is available on request.

Local ZFS snapshots are included in the base package. Backups at a second location can be added as off-site PBS: Proxmox Backup Server then backs up the guests in encrypted form, and backup jobs are monitored. The scope and frequency of restore tests are agreed in the quote and documented.
Yes. Every size can be booked as a two-node cluster with a quorum device or as a three-node cluster. In a two-node cluster, VMs are mirrored via ZFS replication and start on the second node if one fails; changes since the last replication are lost. A three-node cluster can additionally use shared storage with Ceph. The price depends on size and number of nodes and is stated in the quote.

Managed Proxmox Hosting starts at from €249.90 excl. VAT / server and month for Single Node S. Single Node M and L are designed for more cores, more ECC memory and larger drives. Server, Proxmox operations, monitoring and updates are included; off-site PBS and higher service levels can be added.
A VPS is itself a virtual machine. Running Proxmox on it requires nested virtualization and shares the hardware with other customers. Managed Proxmox Hosting runs on a dedicated server: CPU, memory and drives are available to your environment only.
Yes. If you want to administer it yourself, you rent a server in your own account with a data center operator; WZ-IT can handle setup or operations there on request (Proxmox on your own account or Managed Proxmox). Managed Proxmox Hosting is the offer where WZ-IT provides server and operations from a single source.
WZ-IT is an Authorized Reseller of Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH. Proxmox subscriptions can be purchased through WZ-IT. Operations and service levels are provided by WZ-IT itself.
By default, WZ-IT operates the server, Proxmox VE, snapshots, monitoring and the booked backup. You are responsible for guest operating systems and applications inside the VMs. Guest OS updates, for example for Windows Server or Linux, can be agreed additionally.
The minimum term is 12 months. Setup is billed once (as quoted); migration of existing VMs is billed based on effort.
