Business, Priority, Production and Critical include the first covered workload in a customer environment. Further covered workloads cost €29.90, €49.90, €69.90 and €99.90 per month respectively.
The flexible operations allowance applies to planned work during regular service hours and expires at month end. Operations, monitoring, backups, maintenance and updates within the agreed scope do not reduce it. Additional and incident work costs €120 net per hour in 6-minute increments during regular service hours and €240 net per started hour outside them.

The scope can include Linux and Windows servers, Proxmox clusters, container environments, network devices, databases, and web applications. We agree the relevant health signals and services before onboarding.
Notification follows the agreed monitoring scope and alert path. In tiers with response, our team takes ownership of qualified incidents within the contractually defined response time.
Yes. We assess the existing scope and bring the agreed systems into the ongoing service. How the existing environment is incorporated is clarified in the technical assessment.
Processing in German data centers is available for the monitoring service provided by WZ-IT. Data paths, alert channels, and integrations are documented for the specific environment; a DPA is available.
Standard hosting often includes only basic checks such as ping and HTTP for the provider's own platform. Our monitoring can additionally cover infrastructure metrics, applications, security events, and external availability. Whether alerts go to your team or WZ-IT responds is explicitly defined in the operating model.
