Flexible expert time applies to planned work during regular service hours. Regular hours are Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 for Essential and Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 for Business, Production and Critical. Additional and incident work costs €120 net per hour in 6-minute increments within those hours and €240 net per started hour outside them at every level. The 24/7 P1 response commitment does not extend this billing window. Response time is not resolution time; availability and RTO/RPO are contracted separately where required.
Onboarding includes the standard views required for the agreed monitoring scope. Custom dashboards, additional metrics, and extra access can be implemented on request after a technical assessment as a separate scope.

We operate the platform, configure the agreed checks and thresholds, and route alerts to your team; incident response by WZ-IT is not included. Management of an existing Linux server including response starts separately at €149.90 net per month.
Linux and Windows servers, Proxmox clusters, container environments (Docker, Kubernetes), network devices, databases and web applications. Basically anything that provides metrics or is reachable via agent. For Kubernetes workloads we use the approach established there rather than classic server monitoring.
Detection and notification time depend on the agreed check interval, threshold and alert channel. In tiers with response, our team takes ownership of qualified incidents within the contractually defined response time.

The central monitoring platform runs in German data centers. The data received by additional alert channels, integrations or administrators is documented for the specific environment; a DPA is available.
Standard hosting often includes only basic checks such as ping and HTTP for the provider's own platform. Our monitoring can additionally cover infrastructure metrics, applications, security events, and external availability. Whether alerts go to your team or WZ-IT responds is explicitly defined in the operating model.
