Existing documents are included within the agreed scope. Ongoing operations, infrastructure and model usage are excluded from the one-time pilot price. A preceding AI Process Assessment is not required when the scope is already clear.

The starting point is interviews, recordings and documents supplied by your company. WZ-IT configures processing and ongoing self-service intake. Interview guides, supported knowledge capture and AI-assisted follow-up questions can be added to the project. The form and scope of support are agreed before work starts.
Yes. Your team can submit further interviews and documents through the configured intake path, review processed content and approve it. We train you in this workflow. Additional source connections, new formats or significantly larger data volumes are planned as needed.
The pilot makes approved content available through RAG. The system retrieves relevant passages and supplies them to the language model when generating an answer. This does not change model weights.
Only explicitly approved content is made available to the agreed recipients. Confidential leadership topics belong in separate knowledge areas with appropriate access permissions.
Contradictions are referred for subject-matter clarification before publication. Unsupported answers should be identified as knowledge gaps. Source references and acceptance tests help detect errors; they do not guarantee error-free answers.
Yes. We plan integration into an existing platform, a suitable cloud environment or local infrastructure. Hardware, operations and special integrations are priced separately.
No. The pilot captures expertise in one defined subject area. A complete executive handover, further departments and legal or tax succession questions exceed that scope.
