Professional rules, data protection, prices and use
- Yes, if processing is regulated: a DPA, processing in Germany by German providers, no use for training and access only for authorised staff. These elements are in every package; the management company is responsible for the legal basis and informing tenants and owners. This is not legal advice.
- Only with the consent of everyone present, because recording private spoken words without authorisation is a criminal offence under Section 201 StGB. Without a recording, the chair dictates the results right afterwards and the AI creates the draft minutes from that. This is not legal advice.
- It prepares it: from the minutes it takes the wording of announced resolutions with place and date. Entry, numbering and checking under Section 24(7) WEG stay with the management company and in your software.
- No. The platform runs in the browser next to your property management software and works with documents and exports as PDF, Word or Excel. A connection via an interface is a separate project.
- No. Decisions with legal effect may in principle not be based solely on automated processing (Art. 22 GDPR). The platform can summarise documents; your team makes the selection. This is not legal advice.
- Billing is per management company by users, not by units. Up to 10 workplaces fit Start for €149.90, up to 25 Team for €399.90, up to 50 Business for €699.90 and up to 100 Organisation for €1,199.90, each net per month; you test free for 7 days.
