These price anchors cover one standard managed Linux server in one customer environment. Production includes P1 response within 60 minutes; Critical within 30 minutes including a callback. On-call coverage begins after technical approval of access, monitoring, backups, and runbooks.
24/7 response is not a blanket property of every server. It is agreed for systems whose failure outside service hours immediately affects business processes, customers, or production.
Before operations begin, we define which incidents qualify as P1 and which systems, dependencies, and escalation contacts are involved.
Monitoring runs continuously. Production or Critical adds qualified response by WZ-IT around the clock.
Access, runbooks, backups, vendor paths, and recovery procedures must be prepared so response does not fail because fundamentals are missing.

Criteria are defined per environment, such as complete failure of a business-critical production service. Individual user issues or planned changes are generally not P1.
No. Response time means the start of qualified handling. Resolution depends on the cause, architecture, provider, and available recovery paths.
Suitable Linux systems in clouds, with root-server providers, in data centres, and on premises can be onboarded after an audit.
Yes. Critical production systems can use Production or Critical while less critical systems use a lower service level.
Planned changes use agreed maintenance windows. Unplanned incident work and additional services follow the contractual scope.
Not necessarily, but a short response time does not replace resilient architecture. Availability and recovery targets are assessed separately.
