§26a BNotO
A contract chain in which every link is bound
§26a BNotO requires a commitment in text form with instruction, including further parties. For this we conclude a Section 203 supplementary agreement with the notary's office; the data centre and AI hosting are bound in the same way.

Professional rules, data protection, prices and use
- §26a BNotO allows access without the parties' consent as far as necessary for the service and where the contract governs confidentiality in text form with instruction on the criminal consequences. For services that directly serve a single official act, paragraph 4 requires consent. WZ-IT concludes a Section 203 supplementary agreement with the notary's office for this, and the same agreement is in place with the data centre and AI hosting. This is not legal advice.
- No. Outside the office, notaries may keep electronic files and registers only in the electronic deed archive or notarial file storage (§35(4) BNotO). The platform is a working tool for drafts and summaries whose results you transfer to the file; for matters without history there is the temporary chat. This is not legal advice.
- No. There is no connection to notary software, XNP or the deed archive. You work with uploaded documents and your own knowledge bases, such as the template collection; case intake, deed management and completion notices stay in your systems.
- Yes. Text recognition reads PDFs and scans; the AI lists owners, encumbrances in sections II and III or rules of representation and answers questions about them. Your team compares with the draft and transfers to the notary software.
- Everyone with access counts, including notary clerks. A lawyer-notary with a small team starts with Start (10 users included, €149.90), an office with its own drafting and completion team usually takes Team (25 included, €399.90), partnerships Business (50 included, €699.90). Net per month, cancellable monthly, Section 203 supplementary agreement from Start. The 7-day trial beforehand is not Section 203 compliant, so use no party data.
- If the AI should search file contents permanently, such as secondary files, the AI Cube in the office fits because files are kept there under §35 BNotO. The hosted platform suits drafts, correspondence and templates without hardware of your own. This is not legal advice.
