Search regulations and instructions
Today
Bylaws, instructions and circulars are scattered across file shares and the intranet.
With the AI platform
Questions to the department's knowledge base, answers with document and section to check.
Your administration searches bylaws, dictates memos and explains notices clearly, with no US provider in the data path. Optionally with a 12-month term and invoicing.
Starting point
Tasks grow while experienced staff retire. The question is how AI gets into daily work without depending on US providers.
Officials are bound by Section 203(2) StGB. Every contributing provider must be bound to secrecy.
US providers are subject to the CLOUD Act. Administrations without their own AI data centre need a way without them.
Experienced staff leave, and their knowledge sits in file shares and instructions.
Article 4 requires AI literacy among staff, Article 50(4) governs published AI texts.
Use cases
The AI delivers drafts and sources. Review and approval stay with you.

Today
Memos after site visits and meetings are written up later from notes.
With the AI platform
Dictate by microphone and the AI structures the text to your template. The case worker checks and files it.
Today
Queries arise because notices and leaflets are hard to understand.
With the AI platform
The AI writes accompanying texts in plain language or translates them. The German notice remains binding.
What it looks like
Open WebUI in the browser, with models operated in Germany by German providers. Stops from your work, plus web search and your own knowledge base.
Full walkthrough01Regulations
Store bylaws, instructions and text modules per department. Answers name document and section, and access is set per group.
02Dictation
Dictate by microphone after a site visit or meeting. Speech recognition transcribes and the AI structures the memo to your template.
03Departments
Sign in via SSO with Entra ID or Keycloak. Groups per office control models and knowledge bases, analytics show usage.
04Web search
For new laws, funding programmes or administrative rules, the office switches on web search. The answer links its sources for checking, and internal cases stay in the instance.
05Create a knowledge base
Create a knowledge base, upload files, sync whole folders or add web pages and text. In the chat, a # brings in the collection and the answer cites its source.
§203 StGB
Section 203 StGB requires officials to bind contributing providers to secrecy. With us, every link up to the AI hosting is bound by a Section 203 supplementary agreement.
Sign-in via SSO with your multi-factor authentication, permissions per group.
Setup and operations, DPA and Section 203 supplementary agreement, staff bound in writing.
Dedicated instance per organisation, no shared platform; data centres in Germany run by German providers, with DPA and Section 203 supplementary agreement.
AI hosting by a German provider in Germany, no transfer abroad, no US provider, no training.

Reviews & projects
From local AI integration to architecture, data sovereignty and ongoing operations.
WZ-IT moved our studio infrastructure from decentralised individual devices to a central platform: every site is securely connected via VPN, new devices are onboarded automatically and an entire site is provisioned from a template, without manual steps on location. What impressed me most is the breadth and depth of their knowledge: Timo and Robin are not a typical IT provider who sets up a server and leaves. The two of them think their way into highly complex infrastructure and software topics, work through every requirement we put in front of them, and build networking, provisioning and operations so that everything fits together in the end. WZ-IT is an excellent partner for complex software, network and architecture projects.
