A fault occurs, the right manual is in another folder and the experienced colleague is unavailable. WZ-IT connects your machine documentation and approved service cases in an assistant. Technicians receive relevant sources and documented checks for the selected machine.

Machine type, configuration and document revision determine whether information applies. The assistant uses this context and asks for clarification when important details are missing.
Connect fault codes and components to approved documents for the right machine family.
Review similar service cases with sources instead of repeatedly calling colleagues with the same questions.
Keep relevant references for the service job. Voice-assisted report drafts can be added as an extension.
Data or integration path still unclear? The AI Process Assessment evaluates one specific workflow and its prerequisites.
The starting scope covers one machine family, an agreed document collection, one user group and a browser assistant. We define representative queries and review answers with your experts before handover.
Check manuals, fault lists and approved service reports for machine assignment, revision and readability.
Configure one import path, source metadata and search by machine, fault code and content.
Show sources with document revision. Ask about unclear configurations and flag missing evidence.
Use approved checks and flag conflicting documentation for review. No autonomous machine interventions.
Evaluate an agreed test set with your experts: correct sources, machine context and handling of unanswerable questions.
Document use, document updates and responsibilities, and train the team in the agreed maintenance workflow.
Extensions
We start with representative examples and agree the expected result. This makes business rules, exceptions and technical prerequisites explicit before rollout.
Choose one machine family, users and documented service cases for the pilot.
Prepare sources and incorporate machine context and document revisions into retrieval.
Review answers and missing information with the service team; correct unsuitable sources.
Hand over the assistant and define how new documents, feedback and optional operations are handled.

Extension: voice-assisted service reports

Turn recordings or notes into reviewable report drafts using your template. This extends a suitable existing service environment; building that environment is not included in the extension price.
The starting price applies to the defined pilot. Data volume, formats, interfaces and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the proposal before engagement. Infrastructure, model usage, licences and ongoing support are listed separately. No preceding assessment is required when scope is clear.
All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT. The offers are addressed to businesses.
The pilot can integrate into your existing environment and receive ongoing support. Content maintenance, workflow changes, LLMOps and infrastructure each have an agreed scope; overlapping services are not charged twice.
Enquiry
Briefly describe your starting point, data and target system. We assess whether the pilot fits and what additions are needed.
Scope, integration and subject-matter responsibility.
No. It makes approved sources and documented checks accessible. Safety instructions, work authorisations and on-site judgement remain decisive. Unsupported repair steps are not presented as dependable instructions.
The service assistant is configured around machine families, variants, fault codes and service cases. A general internal assistant covers broader company knowledge without that defined service context.
Yes, after assessing interfaces, identifiers and permissions. Read access and write actions are planned separately. Orders or changes require the agreed approval process.
As an extension, recordings or notes become drafts using your report template. Missing required information is flagged. Your team reviews drafts before export or transfer; measurements are not invented.
Local and hybrid deployment are possible. Offline use on mobile devices is a separate integration scope involving synchronisation, devices and models. It is not automatically included in the pilot.
Yes. New cases are captured through the agreed maintenance workflow and approved by experts. This updates the knowledge base; it does not imply automatic retraining of the language model.
No risk: worst case, you leave with a clearer understanding of your project than before.

“WZ-IT's advice on our Azure migration was technically sound and completely non-binding right from the intro call - we took away a great deal.”
From local AI integration to architecture, data sovereignty and ongoing operations.
“WZ-IT moved our studio infrastructure from decentralised individual devices to a central platform: every site is securely connected via VPN, new devices are onboarded automatically and an entire site is provisioned from a template, without manual steps on location. What impressed me most is the breadth and depth of their knowledge: Timo and Robin are not a typical IT provider who sets up a server and leaves. The two of them think their way into highly complex infrastructure and software topics, work through every requirement we put in front of them, and build networking, provisioning and operations so that everything fits together in the end. WZ-IT is an excellent partner for complex software, network and architecture projects.”
