Collaborative document editing as part of a platform
Collabora Online
Collabora Online provides the office editor. Files, shares and users normally remain in a connected content platform such as Nextcloud or OpenCloud.
For production use, we design the WOPI connection, allowed hosts, TLS, fonts, document conversion, resource limits and the coordinated upgrade path of both systems.
Separate CODE from a supported edition
The CODE development edition is suitable for tests and smaller deployments. For larger or business-critical environments, we assess the appropriate supported Collabora Online edition and sizing.
Vendor licences and support are itemised separately. The operating price follows an assessment of users, concurrency, document types and the connected platform.

Operate Collabora Online as an integrated office service
The editor is only one part of the platform. WOPI host, file storage, identities, fonts and document conversion must be tested and updated together.

Yes. We integrate the editor with your content platform, network paths, certificates, monitoring and backup processes.
Originals normally reside in the WOPI host. Its database and storage are backed up, while Collabora configuration and secrets also form part of recovery.
