NetBox documents the intended state of networks and data centres. Devices, IP ranges, cables, sites and tenants are linked through a consistent data model.
We configure the platform, database, workers, cache, proxy and API access and plan data imports and automation with existing systems.
A source of truth is not automatic discovery
NetBox models the documented intended state. Discovery, configuration management and reconciliation with real devices require additional tools and processes.
Plugins and automation are reviewed for maintenance status and version compatibility before they enter managed operations.
