Commerce platform
Deploy Shopware, storefront, administration and workers.
WZ-IT operates Shopware as a business-critical commerce platform with controlled deployments, backups, monitoring and agreed recovery processes.
Companies worldwide trust WZ-IT
The following are trademarks of their respective owners: Shopware (shopware AG). WZ-IT is an independent service provider and has no business, partnership, or contractual relationship with these companies. We offer independent migration, installation, hosting, and operations services.
A production shop depends on catalogue, orders, payments, search, media, ERP, plugins and front end. Changes must be deployed without data loss and with predictable interruption.
We assess the current estate, load profile, integrations and release process and design hosting, migration or takeover according to criticality.
Traffic peaks, product count, search index, media, plugins and external services determine the architecture. High availability and recovery objectives are designed explicitly.
Commercial Shopware plans, vendor support and paid extensions are quoted separately.
Shop, database, search, cache, queues, media, plugins, payments and ERP integrations form one production stack.
Deploy Shopware, storefront, administration and workers.
Secure critical interfaces, webhooks and credentials.
Protect database, media, search and queues consistently.
Control plugins, migrations, performance and recovery.
WZ-IT operates the technical platform; catalogue, tax, legal content and fulfilment remain customer-owned.
| Area | Responsibility | Scope and boundaries |
|---|---|---|
| Shopware stack | WZ-IT | Deployment, database, cache, search, queue and monitoring. |
| Backups and releases | WZ-IT | Consistent backup, tested rollout and rollback. |
| Plugins and integrations | Shared | We assess technology; the customer supplies contracts and workflows. |
| Load and business tests | Shared | We test infrastructure while the customer validates checkout. |
| Catalogue and legal content | Customer | Products, prices, tax and legal approval remain customer-owned. |
| Custom development | Optional WZ-IT service | Themes, plugins and middleware are scoped separately. |
Operate products, variants, prices and channels as the technical foundation of the shop.
Reproducibly deploy code, themes, plugins, configuration and database migrations.
Size caches, queues, search and background tasks for order and import load.
Connect ERP, PIM, payment, shipping, search and custom services through defined interfaces.
Monitor availability, errors, resources, certificates and technical core processes.
Integrate headless front ends, apps and custom extensions with clear upgrade boundaries.
Assess existing data and configuration, migrate them in a test run and move to managed operations through a controlled cutover.
Secure SSO, roles, administrative paths and external access for the application and existing infrastructure.
Back up all stateful components consistently and document the recovery path for the agreed scope.
Monitor and update the application and its technical dependencies and operate them under the agreed service level.
A clearly defined operating scope instead of an opaque hosting flat fee.
We set up a test instance for you, usually on the next business day. No payment details required. After seven days it is deleted unless you continue.
We combine the right compute size with ongoing operations, backups, monitoring and a service level appropriate for the criticality of Shopware. High availability and recovery targets are designed separately where needed.
We also design custom hosting architectures, integrations and migrations around Shopware. Contact us for a technical assessment.
One managed standard Shopware application is included in the Starter workload. Business and higher levels add a flexible operations allowance for planned work during regular service hours. Select compute, additional applications, storage and the appropriate service level.
A workload is one compute instance with the applications agreed for it.
One standard app per workload is already included. Additional dedicated servers count as separate workloads.
€79.90 per started TB and month, including daily encrypted offsite backup with 7-day retention.

“WZ-IT's advice on our Azure migration was technically sound and completely non-binding right from the intro call - we took away a great deal.”
