Proxmox VE 8 reaches End of Life in August 2026
We handle the upgrade to PVE 9 (Debian 13) — Ceph, PBS and HA migration included. We also set up PBS 4.2 with stable S3 backend as part of the upgrade.

We coordinate the update frequency with you. Security-critical patches are applied promptly, regular updates during planned maintenance windows. We test updates before rollout in a staging environment, if available.
For critical incidents, we respond according to your agreed service level. Our monitoring systems detect problems proactively - often before you notice anything. In emergencies, we also coordinate hardware replacement with your provider if needed.
No. Proxmox works fully without an enterprise subscription. We provide the support you would otherwise get directly from Proxmox. If you still want a subscription (e.g., for enterprise repository access), we are happy to assist.
We monitor all critical metrics: CPU, RAM, disk I/O, network, RAID/ZFS status, Ceph health, VM status, and cluster quorum. We react proactively to anomalies. You get access to your own monitoring dashboard.
