Intelligent document processing combines text recognition with AI: documents are classified, relevant fields are extracted in structured form, validated against rules and passed to downstream systems. Uncertain results go to human review.

How does AI document processing differ from OCR?

OCR makes image text machine-readable. A complete document process also covers classification, structured extraction, business validation, exceptions and handoff to the downstream workflow.

Can results be written directly to a business system?

Yes, where a suitable interface exists. For the initial stage, we often recommend a controlled review and approval step before confirmed data is handed to the target system.

How are uncertain results handled?

Confidence scores, mandatory fields and business rules determine which cases proceed and which require review. Thresholds are agreed against a representative test set.

Starting price for one document class. More layout variants, handwriting or production ERP write access increase the scope; we clarify this with your samples before commissioning.

Delivery starts once agreed data, access and stakeholders are available. The binding scope and price are defined in your proposal. Hardware, hosting, model consumption, licences and ongoing operations are quoted separately. Follow-on projects are costed against reusable results. We credit the pilot price when you commission the production rollout; there is no requirement to purchase every stage. A pilot concludes with a quality report and an evidenced recommendation to proceed or stop. A documented no-go is a valid outcome. Production approval and ongoing operations are agreed separately.

All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT. The offers are addressed to businesses.
