We take responsibility for the Linux host, container runtime, and agreed deployment and backup scope. Application, database, proxy, and workers are treated as one connected workload.

Service scope
With Monitoring Only, alerts go to your team; response by WZ-IT is not included. Your servers remain in your provider account. The first managed Linux server starts at €149.90; progressive volume pricing applies from the second server.
Production Docker operations involve more than running containers. Images, secrets, volumes, databases, reverse proxies, updates, and recovery have to work together.
Linux, Docker Engine, networking, storage, and security updates are managed as one operating foundation.
Compose files, images, variables, and rollback paths remain traceable instead of existing only on one server.
Alongside the host, we monitor container state, endpoints, certificates, and agreed functional signals.
The scope is aligned with the existing stack and the development team's responsibilities.
Patching, hardening, resource monitoring, and documented maintenance windows for the underlying server.
Operate runtime, Compose projects, networks, volumes, and restart behaviour in a controlled manner.
Integrate sources, tags, security updates, and private registries into a traceable update path.
Caddy, Traefik, or Nginx, TLS renewal, and external exposure according to the agreed network model.
Back up volumes, databases, and object storage in line with application and recovery requirements.
Define change path, health checks, maintenance windows, and fallback options with the development team.
The provider is only one operating location. WZ-IT connects servers, clouds, and on-premises systems into a documented environment with consistent monitoring, controlled access, and one coordinated service level.
Contracts, accounts, and administrative control remain with you. We take over the agreed technical operations without moving the infrastructure into a closed hosting product.
NetBird, WireGuard, or existing site connections integrate further clouds, Proxmox systems, and on-premises networks through controlled paths.
Monitoring, updates, backups, documentation, and incident response are designed across all participating systems and operated according to the selected service level.
Select the number of systems and the required response target. Systems remain with your provider, in your cloud account, or on premises.
Physical or virtual Linux servers in an existing customer infrastructure.
Progressive pricing per coherent customer environment: first server €149.90, servers 2–5 €119.90 each, servers 6–10 €99.90 each. From server 11 we provide a custom offer.
Responsibility
We document who builds images, approves releases, owns data migrations, and responds to application defects. This closes gaps between development and operations.
Configure the Docker stackTakeover starts with the actual state and ends with a reproducible operating path.
Capture hosts, Compose projects, images, volumes, databases, domains, and dependencies.
Prioritise secrets, unclear tags, missing backups, exposed ports, and manual one-off processes.
Establish monitoring, updates, deployment, rollback, and documentation.
Monitor host and runtime, coordinate changes, and handle incidents by service level.
Enquiry
Tell us the host count, applications, data storage, and current deployment path. We will define platform and application responsibilities.
Scope, deployment, and boundaries with development
Yes, following an audit of hosts, Compose files, images, volumes, backups, network paths, and the current update process.
The technical workload is viewed together. Functional maintenance or development of each application is only included when explicitly agreed.
Such interfaces can be included. Reproducible deployments, access boundaries, and a controlled update path remain the core requirements.
That can remain with the client team, a software vendor, or WZ-IT. Ownership, registry, and approval are defined in the operating model.
Depending on the database and recovery target, we combine application-consistent dumps, volume or storage backups, and agreed restore tests.
Not automatically. Compose can be simpler and more economical for manageable workloads. Kubernetes is assessed for orchestration, scaling, or platform standards.
Yes. Suitable Linux servers can remain in the existing provider account and connect to further sites when required.
Image versions, database migrations, health checks, and rollback steps are documented per application. Not every data migration is reversible.
No risk: worst case, you leave with a clearer understanding of your project than before.

“WZ-IT's advice on our Azure migration was technically sound and completely non-binding right from the intro call - we took away a great deal.”
Customer feedback on monitoring, updates, maintenance, support and stable production systems.
“WZ-IT moved our studio infrastructure from decentralised individual devices to a central platform: every site is securely connected via VPN, new devices are onboarded automatically and an entire site is provisioned from a template, without manual steps on location. What impressed me most is the breadth and depth of their knowledge: Timo and Robin are not a typical IT provider who sets up a server and leaves. The two of them think their way into highly complex infrastructure and software topics, work through every requirement we put in front of them, and build networking, provisioning and operations so that everything fits together in the end. WZ-IT is an excellent partner for complex software, network and architecture projects.”
