Starting price for one questionnaire type. Further templates or portals increase the scope; legal review and autonomous submission are not part of the pilot.

Delivery starts once agreed data, access and stakeholders are available. The binding scope and price are defined in your proposal. Hardware, hosting, model consumption, licences and ongoing operations are quoted separately. Follow-on projects are costed against reusable results. We credit the pilot price when you commission the production rollout; there is no requirement to purchase every stage. A pilot concludes with a quality report and an evidenced recommendation to proceed or stop. A documented no-go is a valid outcome. Production approval and ongoing operations are agreed separately.
All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT. The offers are addressed to businesses.

Frequently asked questions about the AI RFP Assistant
Scope, integration and subject-matter responsibility.
- Such claims require suitable approved evidence and must match the offered scope. If that basis is missing, the system raises a question. The assistant does not replace expert approval.
- No. The focus is responding to questionnaires and requirements already available. Portal search, qualification assessment and submission can be additional projects but are outside this pilot.
- The quotation assistant prepares commercial line items and quotation drafts. The RFP assistant handles questions, requirements and evidence. They can work together with separate approvals.
- The pilot supports the agreed template structure. Additional layouts, merged cells, protected files and special formatting requirements are assessed from examples and scoped separately.
- We assign sources, subject-matter owners and currency information. Expired or unresolved statements are routed for review. The company remains responsible for confirming business changes.
- Yes. A local or suitable cloud environment is planned around data flows, models and access. Infrastructure and operations are separate components specified before work starts.
- The pilot costs from €24,900 excl. VAT for one questionnaire type with up to three source collections and 80–120 test questions. We check data quality, templates and target environment before commissioning; extensions are priced separately.
