The next questionnaire asks familiar questions in a different order and format. WZ-IT connects approved answers, product documents and evidence in an assistance workflow. Your team receives draft responses with sources and open issues instead of searching old files again.

A similar question does not always need the same answer. Product version, contract scope and evidence validity must match the opportunity. The assistant exposes that context; owners remain responsible for approval.
Read agreed Word or Excel structures and turn requirements into reviewable questions.
Match approved sources and flag missing or outdated evidence.
Assign open issues to subject-matter owners and return confirmed answers to the source format.
Data or integration path still unclear? The AI Process Assessment evaluates one specific workflow and its prerequisites.
The pilot covers one agreed questionnaire type, a defined answer and source collection, one approval workflow and one export format. Tender portals and additional file structures are scoped separately.
Identify questions, answer fields and required evidence from representative templates.
Structure approved answers with sources, ownership and currency information for reuse.
Retrieve relevant content, draft responses and flag unsupported claims as open issues.
Document review, corrections and approved status per question in the agreed workflow.
Export approved responses to the agreed Word or Excel template.
Test representative questions with your experts and document maintenance and missing-evidence handling.

Briefly describe your starting point, data and target system. We assess whether the pilot fits and what additions are needed.
Scope, integration and subject-matter responsibility.
Such claims require suitable approved evidence and must match the offered scope. If that basis is missing, the system raises a question. The assistant does not replace expert approval.
No. The focus is responding to questionnaires and requirements already available. Portal search, qualification assessment and submission can be additional projects but are outside this pilot.
The quotation assistant prepares commercial line items and quotation drafts. The RFP assistant handles questions, requirements and evidence. They can work together with separate approvals.
The pilot supports the agreed template structure. Additional layouts, merged cells, protected files and special formatting requirements are assessed from examples and scoped separately.
We assign sources, subject-matter owners and currency information. Expired or unresolved statements are routed for review. The company remains responsible for confirming business changes.
Yes. A local or suitable cloud environment is planned around data flows, models and access. Infrastructure and operations are separate components specified before work starts.
No risk: worst case, you leave with a clearer understanding of your project than before.

“WZ-IT's advice on our Azure migration was technically sound and completely non-binding right from the intro call - we took away a great deal.”
From local AI integration to architecture, data sovereignty and ongoing operations.
“WZ-IT moved our studio infrastructure from decentralised individual devices to a central platform: every site is securely connected via VPN, new devices are onboarded automatically and an entire site is provisioned from a template, without manual steps on location. What impressed me most is the breadth and depth of their knowledge: Timo and Robin are not a typical IT provider who sets up a server and leaves. The two of them think their way into highly complex infrastructure and software topics, work through every requirement we put in front of them, and build networking, provisioning and operations so that everything fits together in the end. WZ-IT is an excellent partner for complex software, network and architecture projects.”
