White-label means you can sell the AI Cube under your own brand. We deliver the hardware neutrally or with your branding - your customers only see your company as the provider. One note on the software: with Open WebUI, the vendor licence requires its branding to stay in place above 50 end users in 30 days. Fully white-labelling that interface needs an Open WebUI enterprise licence - we handle procurement. Alternatively we deploy an interface without that restriction.

Yes, we offer a trade-in program. Your customers can upgrade from the AI Cube to AI Cube Custom. We credit the residual value of the old system - making upselling conversations easier for you.
Delivery & Support
We deliver pre-configured and ready to use. Standard commissioning is remote with technical onboarding; additional integration work, white-label handover or on-site appointments are planned per project.
You receive technical support from us - via email, phone, or remote session. On request, we also support your end customers directly or train your team for first-level support.
In principle yes. We support logistics and can ship directly to your end customers on request, under your name (white-label). Which destination countries work in a given case we clarify upfront - customs, import rules and warranty differ.
