Does WZ-IT take over servers without documentation?

Yes, when a technical inventory is possible. Missing documentation increases the initial assessment and transition effort.

What if the previous administrator is unavailable?

We inventory reachable systems and accounts, clarify provider access, and establish controlled administrative access. Ownership and authorisation must be resolved by the client.

Are outdated systems updated immediately?

No. We first assess dependencies and fallback paths. Unverified updates can endanger an organically grown system more than a short controlled transition.

Can an EOL system continue temporarily?

Only with documented risk, technical safeguards, and an agreed replacement path. Standard service-level commitments may not be possible for some versions.

How is recoverability assessed?

We review backup sources, retention, and dependencies. Restore tests are planned separately based on data volume and available test methods.

Does everything need rebuilding?

No. Stable components can remain. We replace first what genuinely limits security, operations, or extensibility.

Can WZ-IT take over the application as well?

Application operations and development can be added but are assessed separately from Linux server responsibility.

What is the best first step?

What contract term and notice period apply?

The service can be cancelled monthly, with 30 days' notice to the end of the month.
