Customer master data and the approved current service catalogue are loaded. Previous documents remain a separate reference.

Line items, descriptions and totals are validated before handover; incomplete information remains visible as a question.

The reviewed case is created as an editable quotation draft in Lexware Office for further subject-matter review.
