OpenSlides for meeting, committee and election management
OpenSlides
OpenSlides is an open-source platform for agendas, motions, speaker lists, votes and elections. User imports, roles, devices, networks and support must be tested before the event.
We assess participant numbers, functions, locations and criticality and design a rehearsal, deployment, monitoring and recovery plan.
Votes and resolutions require business approval
The software provides technical functions. The organiser reviews statutes, electoral rules, legal admissibility and concrete procedures.
The calculator covers standard operations. Special load, readiness or event requirements are scoped separately in the proposal.

Operate OpenSlides as an event-critical platform
Assembly software must do more than remain available. Participant import, roles, documents, projection and voting procedures must be tested together before the event.

Responsibility between platform operations and organiser
WZ-IT is responsible for the agreed technical operations. The organiser defines procedures, permissions and the authoritative results.

How much does hosting for OpenSlides cost?
One managed standard OpenSlides application is included in the Starter workload. Business and higher levels add a flexible operations allowance for planned work during regular service hours. Select compute, additional applications, storage and the appropriate service level.
