Jitsi Development & Integration

Jitsi is more than a video solution - it's a framework. The combination of IFrame API for frontend integration and Prosody (XMPP) for backend logic enables deep customization.

Telehealth / Video Consultation

Problem

Patients should not need an account and only enter when the doctor is ready.

Solution

We implement 'lobby' logic via JWT token. The patient waits in a digital waiting room (your web app) and is only admitted via API when the doctor clicks.

Custom Authentication Provider

Jitsi should only be accessible to employees with existing company login.

Solution

A custom Prosody module validates your internal session tokens or checks against an external database whether the user has permission for this specific room.

Meeting Analytics & Recording
