Kimai models customers, projects, activities, budgets and time entries in a central interface. Roles and approvals are adapted to the actual workflow.
We take over new or existing installations, configure mail, exports and interfaces and document the technical operations.
Business rules remain an organisational decision
Working time, break and approval rules vary between organisations. We implement the technical configuration; the customer provides the business and employment-law requirements.
Plugins, SAML and other functions may require separate licences. We review and quote these before implementation.
